I&#039;m a Vietnamese, away from home, and a post like this just makes me want to run into the kitchen and make some immediately!

I think it&#039;s a really good recipe, although you actually put the cucumber, mint and beansprouts at the bottom of the bowl and put the rice vermicelli above, then the pork and the carrot, and finally some chopped roasted peanuts (they give the best smells I think).</description>
