		<description>This is a great recipe.  I have used it many times before. Being that gobo is filled with fibers this recipe is not only tasty but it is also very healthy.  In Hawaii gobo can also be bought pre-packaged and julienned so all that is needed is a good rise and it is ready to go. It can’t get any easier, it is just a few minute away from good eats.  I think I make some tonight, I have a package or 2 sitting in the refrigerator.
