I was initially going to make lime soda to go with our Pad Thai but the normal Swiss supermarket does not have soda water, so we bought Indian Tonic Water instead. And here I have come up with this non-alcoholic drink as an alternative: 

lime, grenadine & tonic 
 

I used grenadine because it will match with lime and not dominate the lime but also can take away the bitterness of the tonic water. 
 
 
Per Glass: 
 

• 1-2 lime wedges
• 10ml grenadine per glass
• Tonic water, chilled
   

Direction: 
 

1. Pour the grenadine in a tall glass.
2. Squeeze the lime juice into the glass, pour in the tonic water.
3. Add the lime wedge into the glass, you will see the sizzling of the tonic triggered by the lime.
4. Stir and enjoy!
    

Enjoy alone or like me with Pad Thai Chicken : )
