Thank you for the kind mention for my chinese herbs page.

Your bah kut teh looks very good.

I&#039;m surprised that this dish could have come from HK as bah kut teh is the English transliteration of the Hokkien (Fujian) name. So I always presumed it originated from Fujian. Anyway, who cares as long as it tastes awesome.

I personally prefer the light peppery one.
