		<description>I tried this recipe, I don&#039;t know what went wrong. Was it my steaming or mixing part that was not right ? I don&#039;t know. The result was a sticky cake and not a (slightly hard) jelly like texture as seen in the photos. And yes, I used non-glutinous rice flour.</description>
