		<description>In KL, Malaysia, they have Congee Steamboat. Haven&#039;t tried it yet but I think it is like an ordinary steamboat differing only in that you cook your raw bits of food in congee and not a thin watery broth.

Have to say that I love the Steamboats in this country. Much better than back home in Sydney.

&lt;em&gt;Hi there, yes we have a congee literally steamboat congee in HK too (not sure if we are referring to the same congee)  but I think the ingredients may not be accepted by all non-chinese s it contains some pig internal organs. &lt;/em&gt;</description>
